Biofluid Depletion
Introduction:
Immunoaffinity fractionation of highly-abundant proteins in biofluid samples has proven to be one of the most effective approaches for overcoming the wide dynamic range of protein concentration in such samples, as well as enabling the detection of low abundant proteins and significantly improving proteomics coverage and depth in biofluid samples. After years of efforts and tens of thousands of dollars investment, we identified a commercial column with the best depletion performance, in terms that it facilitates the detection and quantification of the largest number of ultra low abundant proteins in a highly reproducible manner, compared to other 5 commercial columns extensively tested together.
Here we will bring our findings and the entire depletion pipeline to help you deplete your biofluid samples. Your depleted samples are already optimized for our downstream proteomics services, and you are also welcome to get the depleted samples back for your further processing in your own lab. HPLC report will be sent to you in Excel format as well as a summary in PDF format. We will also provide you any details you need for your papers' MATERIALS AND METHODS section. We will make sure you understand your result and help you with your paper writing with free follow-up services.
